Internet companies have the responsibility to control bad speech on social media, but the government should enact relevant laws or regulations to restrain them. In Germany, if Internet companies do not delete posts with obvious illegal speech within 24 hours, they will be fined up to 50 million yuan, and under such financial pressure, Internet companies can manage more efficiently.

Report it to the social media sites or other sites that was used to send or post the detrimental content. a study by Pew Research Center found that 59% of teenagers who use the internet have experienced some form of cyberbullying,
