YouTube is open to externally content with a mission of “give everyone a voice and show them the world”, willing to build a content ecosystem with users together. YouTube has always created the Global Internet Forum to Combat Terrorism (GIFCT) to prohibit content that obeys the basic principle of YouTube through artificial intelligence to surveillance. Additionally, YouTube has leveraged plenty of users to build the community culture so that motivated to regulate the content spontaneously.
